Return Policy
We hope you love your new products. But if you don’t, you’re welcome to return your items within 120 days for a full merchandise refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be distributed to the original payment method when products received at our warehouse are in as-new condition. Items must be received in as-new condition to be eligible for a return, so please ship all items back to us and include internal packing materials to prevent damages.
How long is the return window?
You have 120 days from the day you receive your order to return your item(s).
What items can be returned?
Items in as-new condition are eligible for returns. Datum products and Special Order Items that are customized and made-to-order cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us to get a replacement. Email customer service at info@bindertek.com or call 800-456-3453. Damaged or defective items are not subject to additional fees.
How do I return an item?
Please ship the item(s) you're returning to the address below. Be sure to include your order number, completed return form, or packing slip in the package so we can process it quickly.

How long until I get my refund?
Upon arrival at our warehouse, returns will be processed in 5-7 business days. Please allow a few days to see the refund posted to your original payment method. Refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
